 | Who needs katanas, sais or bos when you are a true "Master of the Whirling Nunchakus"? After months of playing, trying and failing, I finally got it done. This isn't a speedrun per se, only a run where I complete the game against overwhelming odds. I do make quite a few mistakes, and take a lot of damage (although some of it is intentional and at some points downright neccesary) Rules I had for myself in this run: - Never die. - No special/ranged weapons used. - Switch to Michelangelo before going down the first manhole and never switch turtle again. I knew I wanted to do something with this game, but everyone and their mother have done let's plays and speedruns of it, so I guess I decided to take it to a different level. Beating the game using every turtle to my disposal quickly became stale and easy, so I decided to try and beat it only using one of the weaker turtles. Michelangelo sure doesn't have that much range in his attacks, and he lacks the raw power most people use Donatello for against most tougher enemies. But his weapon is the fastest, however useful that might be. His saving grace is that he gets the strongest power boost of all turtles at ½ his hp, which is greatly taken advantage of. Completely legit run, no savestates, hacks or cheats used. Only used some potential glitches and bugs within the game to my advantage. | Views: 45  1 ratings |
