Sooner Nest & Family - May 19 2012 722 pm - Mom returns & Turtle Meal Follows
 | Unfortunately the live turtle that escaped earlier has been re-claimed by Mom and is now being fed to our sweet baby chick or juvie. The chick is standing beside Mom but is on the edge of the nest....scaree to watch as Mom is ripping and tearing on the meal and could easily bump the chick out of this very small nest. Eventually the chick moves inland to a safer postion. Thanks to the Sutton Center for providing this live bald eagle cam and for keeping us connected to the Sooner Eagles. | Views: 1  0 ratings |
